FU LI
Founder, General Manager and Lead Instructor, Zhihe Management Consulting
FU LI has more than 30 years of experience across manufacturing R&D, engineering, production and quality, supply chain, investment and M&A, and business management. He spent 15 years with the Danaher Group, serving as a project manager, Asia-Pacific procurement leader and Asia-Pacific direct-materials procurement director. His work included regional supply-chain strategy, post-acquisition integration and the practical use of operating systems to improve business performance.
Earlier, he worked with Motorola, Novo Nordisk Engineering and German company Anfu, building experience in new-product development and introduction, process design and optimization, process automation, production-line transfers and multinational project management. He is also involved in investment and operating work with manufacturing companies in Malaysia.
Today, he helps growth-stage manufacturers find and create value across strategy, R&D, market and sales, supply chain, and investment and M&A.
